Project Description

The sub-project at RWTH Aachen University is responsible for ELSI research in this network. Three scientific tasks will be worked on within the framework of this project: Conceptually, a concept for acting in a digital sovereign way will be developed. Secondly, the boundary conditions for the exercise of digital sovereignty in the field of electronic patient files will be empirically investigated. Thirdly, important results of the research will be prepared in such a way that they can be made available as learning content to the users of the ePA coach.
